Student Cancellations
- Before Course Commencement: 100% refund if canceled within 3 days of purchase and before accessing any content.
- After Access: No refunds once course materials or classes have been accessed.
- Offline Batches: Refunds are subject to institution’s approval and capacity restrictions.
Tutor Cancellations
Tutors who cancel scheduled sessions without valid reason may have payments withheld and teaching privileges revoked.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.
Platform Rights
Codingrim Academy reserves the right to modify refund eligibility for promotional or scholarship-based enrollments.
