Overview
Because our services are educational and digital, our return policy ensures fairness for both learners and tutors.
General Rule
Courses once purchased and accessed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
Returns apply only in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment.
- Course unavailability due to administrative error.
- Failure to provide access to purchased content.
Process
To request a return, email support@codingrim.com with your transaction details and reason for the request. Upon verification, the issue will be resolved within 7–10 working days.
